Israeli Crypto Entrepreneur: Investor has No Ownership Rights of My Company

[ChainDD report] February 11 (ChainDD) Moshe Hogeg , a Israeli cryptocurrency entrepreneur facing lawsuit filed by investors, defended that his company Stox has no obligation to use investors’ funds as the white paper showed, so investors have no ownership rights in the company they invested in, according to The Times of Israel.

ChainDD noted that Hogeg and Stox were charged with misappropriation of millions of dollars’ worth of cryptocurrencies by a Chinese investor Hu Zhewen. Hu is seeking for NIS 17 million (about $4.6 million).
